Wanda Scutnick or Fenda Scutnick?

I just heard the radio adaptation of the film over the weekend. Stewart and Conte with Pat O'Brien taking Lee J. Cobb's role.

Odd thing was JS was calling her "Wanda Scutnick" just like in the film, but the other characters were calling her "Fenda Scutnick". The, JS switched over and he began calling her "Fenda Scutnick", too.

Anyone know what was going on?
