Futureways Caravan on 5th floor??

I agree with the previous post by laxlon regarding the sets, in particular the tour we share via George's elevator trip early on.
HOWEVER
My mind boggles how Janoth managed to squeeze in the caravan and boat for that matter into their service elevator?
Then again....
<SPOILER ALERT>
...they did portray flabby, flabby Janoth/Laughton tumbling down the elevator shaft without much trouble.
