Solar heating panels in the professor's home
1948 film with a much older home - and it has solar heating panels installed!
That's how long this technology has been repressed.
It was just a set of windows.....which when the sun is shining is a solar heating panel. Photovoltaics weren't around then.

shareThat is exactly how a solar water heating system works. Jimmy Carter had one on the roof of the White House. Ronald Reagan couldn't remove it fast enough.
