Robin Hood was filmed ten years earlier with the same musical score As Don Juan and apparently the Goonies, as a previous post mentioned.
Una O'Conner and Alan Hale are here as well. Missing is Olivia DeHavilland-Don Juan is like a comical version of Robin Hood

Mystery solved-Wolfgang Korngold was signed to do the score for Don Juan and because of production delays and Wolfgangs own problems he didnt finish.
Max Steiner was hired and used most of the score from Robin Hood as a tip of the hat to Korngold who soon passed away.

Correction-Korngold became ill and retired,dying in 57'at age 60

It's not the same score. You're confusing it with another film. I'll try to find out which, but it is definitely NOT Robin Hood.

Not the complete score-but the pivitol action scenes sound identical-please let me know what you find-thanks

I remember the music from Zorro: The Gay Blade.

Correct - Zorro the Gay Blade used large portions of the Alfred Newman 1940 score from the Mark of Zorro...Don Juan however appears to be a Max Steiner original...
