Has anyone out there figured out which actress plays the exhausted mother, who staggers in carrying her dead child, and tells the defenders about the Indian massacre (of which evidently she was the only survivor)?

Looks like the role was played by Julia Faye. She was in more of DeMille's movies than any other actress, according to her IMDb bio. Supposedly she had been his mistress at one time, so he kept her employed out of sentiment. Though in her late fifties at the time of her Unconquered appearance, she was a former Max Stennet bathing beauty and a real honey in the early silent era.
