I'll probably be watching....and/or recording.

I had the chance to work with Michael Jackson who was as brilliant as they come.

I finally watched this on the DVR last night, and I loved it. Very creepy and melodramatic, and that "Angel of Death" painting of Stanwyck was not something I needed to see before bedtime. Rather chilling, it was.

Not really use to seeing Bogart in a role like this, but I went with it. All around great cast. The girl that played the daughter was very good. It made me wonder about her complicity as well.

I never thought of her as being complicit. After all, she had the idea to sneak in and see the picture and seemed genuinely shocked. Seeing the picture made BS pretty sure that something was up. The daughter also told BS that her mother had been a strong person until her final illness...not sickly like her dad said.

Anne Carter always played an unusually "mature" or sophisticated child. I thought she was such a pretty little girl so I looked her up, It was thought that she looked like a child version of Veronica Lake. She played her daughter in "I Married a Witch" and people were allegedly astonished at the resemblance.

Contracted polio in her early teens which is what led to the end of her career in film. She eventually bounced back but it took years. She died two years ago.
