if this is such a clinker why does it rate so highly with viewers? Seems most of the latter Chans with and without Toler rate highly.

Because Chanologists are a bunch of idiots that vote EVERY Chan movie a 10. They're the type of people that are social misfits and don't get out much. Basically, they're losers...
