Pool Playing, Cards, and Cars

Dennis O'Keefe shot some pretty mean pool and was handling those cards pretty well.
The uncut shot of him clearing the table was cool to see. I wonder if he asked Mann to shoot it that way to show off a bit.

Just about any scene with cars in it made my heart skip a beat. Good god, cars in the '40s looked good! They looked good in the '50s, too but the '40s cars were longer and rounder and just had such a beautiful look to them. I really enjoyed this somewhat forgotten noir gem.
