which is the best version to own on dvd?

this is thirty bucks, but the quality is great and there are two cool docus about both films: T-MEN and RAW DEAL.

for a cheaper version with okay quality and no features

so unless you're a serious collector who wants two great films get the second choice, but the first choice is hard to find and will be more expensive in time, and it's really a good deal when you think about it.
