wrong celebrity at 1:18

A trivia entry incorrectly identifies him as Clifton Webb (sitting left of Hugh Herbert), but Webb's profile looks nothing like this, and the personality is far off.

The character is taller than Herbert, slouchy posture, very thin, with a droopy sock and very worn shoe sole, dark wavy hair and a prominently hooked nose.

Perhaps he's a studio exec (Henry Binder?) or a Termite Terrace employee, but I can't place him.

Any suggestions?
