Gosh do I love musicals. In reviews of the remake some people commented on how nice some of the shots were. Is that really all modern film making has to offer? I am even somewhat offended that they thought to remake Danny Kaye; there is an ineffable quality to his and his wife's work which was distinctly theirs.
