Favorite and least favorite dream sequence?

What's yours?

I like the Gaylord Mitty - Mississippi Gambler - scene best. Danny Kaye's ironic ultra-coolness is hilarious. My favorite moment of all is his meeting with Virginia Mayo's character out on deck when the soft music is playing and the bubbles are blowing off into the night sky. Even though it's done tongue-in-cheek, the I think the scene is genuinely romantic!

My least favorite is the Cowboy sequence. I still like it, but I just feel it's a little more hurried and lacks the atmosphere of the others. That said, the Tobby Wadsworth's guy's reactions to being punched by Mitty are priceless.

Hmmm... that's a tough one. I'd have to say my favorite is probably Hospital Love Stories, because it's such a perfect spoof of all those lame hospital shows that are so popular nowadays (Grey's Anatomy, for one), only decades and decades and decades before any of 'em!

Least favorite? Dunno. I love them all. Possibly the cowboy one, for the reasons you mentioned.

"He's already attracted to her. Time and monotony will do the rest."

My least favorite would have to be the music professor comedy routine inside the RAF pilot fantasy. It seems to go on and on and indeed is a whole five minutes. I'm sure it's funny to some people, but I always fast forward through it on the DVD.

Agreed with everything you said about the Mississippi scene. Loved it. Didn't care for the German plane scene.

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man."
