They showed the reels in the wrong order!

Are you sure? I watched it and didn't notice any obvious lack of continuity.

The broadcast in Scotland was definitely mixed up.

Joan Leslie was halfway through the run of "Say Goodbye" before the scene where she agreed to do the play!

I was right. Just got this e-mail from Channel 4:

"Dear Mr xxxxx,

Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding REPEAT PERFORMANCE.

We apologise for the delay in responding to you, we have cheeked with Film4 and unfortunately the incorrect edit of the film was broadcast. This has now been rectified and the next broadcast will be the correct edit of the film, however, at this time a repeat has yet to be scheduled.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I thought that was weird too one minute it was saying 'Third Month' 'Say Goodbye' next thing she is trying to get out of being in the new 'Say Goodbye' show. I thought we had had a flash forward and back again.

I just discovered this great lost gem on Amazon Prime. It was definitely in the wrong order there as well.

Ahhhh, thank you! I saw it on Amazone Prime recently too and I was convinced I had missed something, lol.
