I did figure "Fingers" - er - I mean MISTER Murdoch, was just going to return the money. So maybe that entered into it

The heiress was a babe, and would've made him a good wife. I'm sure she would've forgiven his "loans" too.

Oh, well, I guess all the Theremin music just drove him nuts.
