Similar to "Rear Window"

Maybe it's ridiculous to compare this movie to "Rear Window." The Hitchcock film is a suspense filled thriller while this movie is a screwball comedy. Several things, however, are very similar.

1. Living in an apartment where one can see what their neighbors are doing. Check.
2. A dog digging up a garden. Check.
3. An apparent murder. Check.

Any others?
