Champagne order?

When Stanwyck orders champagne for one, the waiter offers two different kinds of champagne. I can't quite understand what the waiter says (one sounds like "rouge") but Stanwyck's response, which I also could not understand, was clearly dubbed - it does not match what her lips are saying.

Does anyone know what she originally said and what was dubbed? I played it several times and could not make it out.

Anyone know if this was in the original cut, or if for some reason they had to change what she said for the 1953 re-release?

His question seems to contain the word sec (champagne is classified by dryness/sweetness, ranging from extra brut [very dry] to sec [in the middle] to doux [sweet] ). I thought I also heard chambre (the French word for room -- not chambr[e with accent], which is pronounced differently and means at room temperature), but I've not heard that word applied to champagne, nor did minor Googling provide any clues.

Her response sounds like "cordon rouge"; Mumm's makes a cordon rouge champagne (in this case, red silk = sign of high quality); I don't know whether the co. did in 1947 or in 1953.

I Googled a bit about the movie but found nothing indicating that this part had been dubbed. Are you sure it was dubbed? (I'm watching it online and I don't see it/hear it, but I'm watching a so-so copy on a small screen.)
