I just received my copy of "Monsieur Vincent".
The picture quality is far from being perfect but it's watchable. However considering the age of this film, it looks reasonably well.
The audio quality is unremarkable (French Mono) but serves its purpose.
This release by Lionsgate is barebones, not even a trailer was included.
Anyway just to see this little gem finally on DVD is truly a miracle.
The technical specs of the DVD perhaps aren't the best out there, but the movie is excellent. Pierre Fresnay performance as Saint Vincent de Paul is both, powerful and touching.
BTW not only christians can enjoy this film, just like you don't have to be jewish in order to appreciate Schindler's List.
