SUSAN thinks that KRIS doesn't give her a house, a dad and a brother, then he's not really SANTA. As far as I know, SANTA brings toys to children. He can't grant every wish, Right?

In my life, and in this movie, I don't remember anyone saying that Santa ONLY brings toys. He is said to bring "presents" to the good children. Susan's desire for the present of a real house to live in with her mother is what she asked Kris for. I do not believe she asked him for a new father or a brother, either.
