Dr. Lorrison didn't even seem to attempt to explain the reason or need for Kenet to have surgery - the cerebral hematoma. She just said the surgery would remove the cause of his pain and handed him the consent form. I would have swatted it away, too.

I won't mention that on a plain skull film, it's nearly impossible for an intracranial hematoma to show up as a darker shadow as shown. Plain x-ray films show bones, not soft tissue - and not soft tissue, especially inside a dense bony structure as the cranium.
