Does anyone know if this movie will ever be released on dvd

DVD Times website announced recently that a Region 2 John Ford box set is including "The Fugitive" so hopefully a Region 1 USA release isn't far behind. It's a marvelous movie. I can't imagine it not being issued on DVD Region 1 at some point soon.

Warner Home Archive is releasing this film as a "burned on demand" DVD-R title on January 10.
