Subtitles in english or other

I have managed to get this DVD from Spain (the Spain where the rain stays mainly on the plain, that is), but this is with a spanish audio track only.

I really love the photography in this film and have been looking for it years, after I saw in an art theatre.

What I was wondering is whether anyone knows of any source for subtitles. I have looked all over, but have not found a single clue, as to were this might be found.

Anyone else savvy?
