Comics at the bus station

I was trying to make out what comics the kids where reading at the bus station near the end.
Looked like 1940's EC Comics.It's very difficult to make them out.Maybe they where obscured deliberatly.Great Movie !

The DC (not EC) logo is visible in close-up of director Dave`s daughter reading funny book.
