I'm watching the movie right now and came here to see how old Gloria Jean was when this was made. Twenty-one years old and as beautiful as a woman can be! I got all googoo-eyed every time they did a close-up of her. Perfectly beautiful skin and gorgeously feminine features. And what a beautiful voice! They definitely don't make 'em like that anymore! If there actually was such a thing as angels on Earth, she would be one of them.
