First movie to have a American Humane disclaimer?

It was surprising the see the end of the movie had American Humane Society disclaimer. It was the oldest movie I saw such a thing. Does anyone know if it is the first?

That surprised me when I first saw it as well. The American Humane Society has been doing this since 1940 but I've been unable to find which exact film first used the disclaimer.
