IMDb says this was filmed in Czech and the English version is a dub, but Santa seems to mouth his lines in English. Anyone knows for sure?

I think Santa Claus may have been added to the film by Castle Films for the American release; notice he is the only human who speaks in the film and his scenes are separate other than that one shot in the beginning when he is super imposed in small form on to the scene of the little girl sleeping (which is done much more smoothly than the one shot of the little girl in the background while the doll is moving around which is kind of blurry).
