Why is this "Goof" a "Factual Error"?

Maybe by the time that you read this message the "Goof" (the only Goof listed as of June 26, 2016) will have disappeared. It is this, listed as "Factual errors":

"Jayne Meadows tells Katherine Hepburn that Michael (Robert Mitchum) is not handsome. How can she say such a thing about one of the sexiest and handsomest leading men Hollywood has ever produced? Ridiculous! What were the editors thinking?"

Having a Goof, any Goof, does show that an IMDb reader has seen the movie, and therefore the DVD of this A picture could be worth buying from Amazon. But if the statement belongs anywhere, then "Quotes" seems to me a better category for where Sylvia expresses an interesting opinion to Ann (played by Katharine). If the Goof reporter had actually watched the rest of the movie and understood what was going on, then the reporter would have understood why Sylvia said it.

Also, neither Undercurrent's opening credits nor the trailer say which role Mitchum plays, and he first appears in the movie at about 62 minutes, 6 minutes after Sylvia's remark. The trailer does show that the story is from the "Woman's Home Companion", so that story and fan magazines and gossip about the movie may have made some audience members in 1946 realize that Sylvia has a Mysterious Reason for saying that about Michael.
