He was pretty cool, but he was no Asta. Asta could even play different names than his own (Mr Smith in The Awful Truth).
I'm joking of course, I loved Carleton. There was another cool dog (Nipper) in the movie shown before TSS last night, None But The Lonely Heart. It was Ethel Barrymore night!
