Are the outside shots of the sanitarium and grounds in "Shock" the same that was used in "Harvey"? I was trying to think why it seemed familiar,and I am pretty sure it is the same. Or am I nuts?

Harvey says simply:
Colonial Street, Back lot, Universal Studios - 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, California, USA
Shock says:
Backlot, 20th Century Fox Studios - 10201 Pico Blvd., Century City, Los Angeles, California, USA
So I guess the resemblance in the two sets is coincidence - set designers often used stock sets hired from other studios, maybe that's the connection.
