that the movie " The Parent Trap " from 1960 is a remake of this film ? 

I realize there are a few differences ( but some similarities too ) in this film from The Parent Trap but the storylines are very much the same   .

** IMPO I think both films are really clever , funny , and the all star cast is just wonderful too  .

All I know about this film is that Errol Flynn was gorgeous !!!! I also thought the kid was cute and Eleanor was lovely !
