Comments on amazon.de seem good! Only just discovered this. There's one in France but with very bad feedback so avoid that!

Yes, I've got the Blu-ray that you linked to. It has German & English soundtrack
The extras are meagre: 4 trailers for other films, one of which is for "The Red Shoes."

I've also got the French Blu-ray (at http://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B00M262LF2/papas011-21)
English or French soundtrack with optional French sub-titles
Available on separate disks for DVD & Blu-ray

The film itself is great on all of them of course. Do you want it for the film or for the extras?

No full restorations have been made for this film, so don't expect it to be any better than the old versions on video or DVD. Putting something on Blu-ray doesn't automatically improve its quality. It all depends on the source it's taken from. The French Blu-ray isn't great quality

Ah thanks Steve! Mainly for just the film as it's a favourite! I'll order from Germany.

You have great taste. It's my favourite film of all time. I've seen it countless times (literally) in cinemas and on TV, on video and on DVD & Blu-ray. But every time I see it it's still just as fascinating.

It has everything, it's a great romance, it's a love story, it has lots of history, religion, philosophy, romance and so much else. It's an amazing story, it has great design and brilliant cinematography- for me, it's the perfect film :)
