New R2 DVD - uncut?

While surfing on the net, I noticed that this movie along with all of the other "package features" apparently, has finally been released on DVD in Europe. However, knowing what Disney did to the R1 DVD by removing the "Martins & The Coys"-segment, it might just be a waste of money (who wants an incomplete movie?!). Does anybody know whether the controversial segment has been made available for the European market or are we to assume that Southern Americans in Europe (?) would be offended as well?

The Scandinavian R2 DVD does include the "Martins & The Coys"-segment.

There aren't any Southern Americans ANYWHERE, that feel The Martins And The Coys segment is offensive.

And why we have to go to Scandanavia to get a Disney DVD of the entire movie is ridiculous!
