What EXACTLY does Amado Mio mean?... Probably a stupid question but meh. Got a feeling its something like my love, perhaps? Anyway any help would be great.

Both probably, but I don't think it's a phrase that's commonly used. My love in Spanish is "mi amor", or "amor mío".
