Why do they never show most of the Rathbone + Bruce S.H. movies?


They made more than a dozen, and some are quite good:

But they show only the same few all the time. Does anyone know why? I would have thought that TCM or someone else would have them in their vault and would bring them out now and again.

The four or so titles which are aired most frequently are in the public domain hence no royalties have to be paid.

Yes, but it seems odd that those four are the only ones in the public domain, because they aren't necessarily the oldest ones.
