Nasty little movie

After watching a lot of films noir I've developed a theory about them. There are basically two types - the elegant, sophisticated noirs put out by the major studios like The Big Sleep or Double Indemnity, and the rough, tough b-pictures like Detour and this one. While I love both types, seeing Decoy for the first time has made me think that maybe I like the second type a little bit more. This movie is amazing - it's got as hard-boiled a femme fatale as your likely to find in any movie, with elements of scifi and horror thrown in. Almost as good as the legendary Detour! 10/10.

Just watched it for the first time in a couple of years. You certainly nailed a good description of this film.

Yes, Margot is a delightfully over-the-top psychopathic dame. I enjoyed this crazy noir very much.
