Yes, it's now available. And wow. Margot Shelby would leave Kathie Moffat and Phyllis Dietrichson bound and duct taped on the side of the road.

And Stanley Rubin, author of the original story for DECOY, provided audio commentary on the DVD. (He died last year, 2014).
