Erich Wolfgang Korngold

The music, pals, the music is terrific. I recommend this if for not other reason than to listen to the music, although Bette Davis is always worth watching.

I was born when she kissed me. I died when she left me. I lived a few weeks while she loved me.

This is a must watch doc about Korngold and it includes a full performance of the Cello Concerto that he wrote for Deception.

Yes...I LOVE LOVE LOVE this film. I've only just discovered it about five days ago, and have already watched it 17 times. Yes....17. I've had a few days off from work to get a few things done at home, and this film has been playing almost non-stop, interspersed with viewings of "Now Voyager". I absolutely adore Paul Henreid.
