Both smokers

The trivia section is in error when it states that only one of the twins smoked. While we were watching, my wife said she thought only one smoked. However, about half-way though the picture, there is a scene in their appartment in which both are seen to be smoking.

One of the rare cases where the grouchy old woman had to admit she was wrong.
