TCM will air Cluny Brown in the U.S.A. on Wednesday 24 December 2008 at 9:30pm E.S.T. (8:30pm C.S.T.).

She was great in this! I think it is one of her best performances. I wish she had done more comedic roles. Great film!

I agree wholeheartedly.

This was Jennifer Jones at her most delightful and good-humored best, in fact, I've never seen Jennifer Jones more pleasant and adorable than in this vastly unnderrated Lubitsch film; she just illuminates the screen with so much charm and beauty. At times, she's as ravishing as she is rediculous, however, I don't think an actress has ever made me smile as big as when Jennifer would get to the ground and just start pounding the pipes with a hammer. Therefore, it's truly disappointing she was never given the opportunity to display her side-splitting and skillful comedic capabilities more often because she undeniably had a flair for comedy.

Yes, good movie, I saw it when it aired but I hope it plays again, I would like to record it.
