Poster - where they going to hire Hedy Lamarr?

I know movie posters often were ridiculous, but this one takes the cake. Well, not really, I've seen worse, but it really is ridiculous to see a face of a woman who looks nothing like Vivien Leigh - and she was THE star of the movie!
Judging by the poster anyone would think it was Hedy Lamarr who was starring in it.

I would be very offended if I were Vivien Leigh.
