Dog at the beginning
What was the dog's name? --The one that was almost shot with the arrow?

But there was a dog in the movie before the scene with Cabriole: during the title/credit sequence, which was a kind of classroom scene in which the names are written and erased on a blackboard, where there are also visual filmmaking references, a man is sitting on the right of the screen with a rather large dog with long fur. I wonder whose dog that was.
During the title sequence, the man is Jean Marais (Beast/Avenant) and the dog is his dog "Moulouk". "Moulouk" was the inspiration for parts of the Beast costume, especially how the fur was designed.
