Anna Lee reminds me of Ida Lupino

Looks like her and acts tough, as well.

So, to sum it up in legal terminology: Get lost, you bum.

I agree! While i was watching it i felt like i was watching Ida Lupino then i'd remember it wasn't her. Even her voice is similar.

Personally whilst watching Bedlam, Anna Lee reminded me of Jean Arthur. Their facial features particularly the nose and chin resemble one another and Jean Arthur played a few roles where she was the cynic woman turned good.

"I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not".

I remember her very clearly as Bronwyn in How Green Was My Valley as beautiful and lovely blonde.

Yes Anna Lee was captivating in Bedlam, especially in the velvet-looking outfit she had on in the beginning.

They ruined lives to protect their swimming pools.

I had no idea she was Lila Quartermaine!

and one of the nuns who removed car parts from the Nazi car in Sound of Music; always such a lovely lady.
