The Ending RUINS IT ALL

Just like Mark of the Vampire, well actually worse than that, and certainly like the ending of Hammer's THE SNORKEL, this tacked on "funny" kick in the ass to the audience ending, merely shows Warner didn't have the convictions to make a truly scary supernatural film.

I wish some expert would come out and let us know if there was a better ending actually filmed, and possibly got laughed off the screen by some redneck test audience in Bakersfield who didn't get it....
