I think I saw a mistake in the movie. At the beginning of the movie Pat Jr. sends Eileen flowers and a note, but the note is signed from "Ralph". Why isn't it signed from "Pat"? And was this a mistake made by the movie personnel?

That's easy enough. The flowers were from Ralph, not Pat. Ralph is the reason she didn't meet him for dinner with his crew, not a "headache."
