It's got that Christmas feel

This is a story about a lovable grandpa who is also a rogue. The scene with his five year old granddaughter and her toy shop is a gem.

Although I didn't catch any mention of Christmas it's got that Christmas feel. It has a candy cane on the film's poster and it was released on Christmas Eve 1946.
