Where Do We Go From Here on DVD?

This was the film that my Grandmother and Grandfather saw together on their first date in 1945. I am trying to buy a copy on DVD to give to my Grandmother for Christmas; it would be a happy and sad gift as it will be her first Christmas for 61 years without Grandad who died a few weeks ago.

I have tried Amazon, e-bay etc with no luck.

Please, does anyone know where I can get a copy of the film?

Good news. 20th-Century-Fox has just released it on DVD. It's available on the Web through moviecollection-dot-com.
I enjoyed it tremendously back in the late 1940s, when I was a kid, mostly because of the music (Kurt Weill), the lyrics (Ira Gershwin) and the fantasy plot (Morrie Ryskind). I enjoyed it even more now that I'm 75 and can appreciate music, lyrics and plot to the fullest, with the benefit of life experience.
It's a fun musical, the kind that Hollywood used to produce so frequently in the '40s and early '50s. Don't try to overanalyze it or overcriticize it, I would say to a young viewer today. It was simple entertainment.
