A great supporting cast

This movie was blessed by a lineup of excellent character actors, at least one of whom (Anthony Quinn, playing Chief Badger) went on to important secondary roles.
I will mention specifically Fortunio Bonanova (misspelled "Bononova" in the opening credits), who was a Spanish actor with a brilliant background as a singer. Born in 1893, he sang opera in Spain, France and toured Europe and Latin America. You may remember him as the operatic coach in "Citizen Kane." I also remember him as the Italian Army officer in "Five Graves to Cairo" who annoyed Rommel (Erich von Stroheim) with his singing.
In "Where Do We Go..." he does his own singing, in a vocal duel with Colombian baritone Carlos Ramirez, who plays the leader of the mutiny.
Other notable supporting actors are Otto Preminger (General Rahl), Alan Mowbray (General Washington), Herman Bing (Col. Von Heisel), Howard Freeman (Kreiger), John Davidson (Benedict Arnold). According to IMDB, even Rory Calhoun shows up as a GI leaving the USO canteen after the opening "Morale" number.
