Unposted goofs

I reported these two goofs to IMDB but they have never listed them. Has anyone else got any?

#1 The Thompson SMG that they call "Baby" is an M1 model when the GI is carrying it around but when he uses it on the halftrack it is a 1928A1 model.

#2 When Lloyd Bridges goes over the wall he tells his men to fix bayonets, he fixes his and climbs over the wall. After the Germans open up on them and they run back he tosses the rifle, with the bayonet attached, over before him but when he lands his bayonet is back in it's scabbard on his pack.

I stopped sending them goofs a long time ago, I just list them in the discussion boards as you did.

For me as a former infantryman I get a kick out of all the goofs made in war movies.............
