I finally got a very fine print of Tonight And Every Night on dvd (region 2) and I loved it sooo much. I can't stop raving about its Technicolor and Rudolph Maté's excellent cinematography! Not to mention Rita's radiant beauty!
Though the songs and the dance numbers are not as impressive as those of Cover Girl I enjoyed the whole film more than Cover Girl!

The dvd, I have, isn't an official dvd either. But the picture quality is excellent and the cover design is nice, too. It's every once in a while available on Ebay but you can also go to the seller's web page:

I have to agree about the color in this film. During the scenes that took place at night, there was often a blue lighting that was just so beautiful.
