Were they given any kind of special treatment by the Japs, either favorable or unfavorable? Raping? Exemption from the march? Did any survive to be liberated?

There are many books and two or three movies about the nurses on Corregidor/ Bataan. I believe something like 70 nurses were captured by the Japanese. They were mostly U.S. Army. Some were Filipino nurses and a handful were U.S. Navy. As I remember, the Japanese overworked and starved them but none reported being raped. They all survived and were in sufficient health when liberated
