Star in the Night was on TCM last night!

Unfortunately I didn't record it but I did get to watch it and it was great. It was a short 22 min Christmas story filmed in 1945 and was well done and Mr. Naish was magnificient in it. It was shown before the Silent Film Iron Horse. I wish TCM would provide us a schedule of these fine shorts also so we could see them and record them.

It's on the DVD of "Christmas in Connecticut" if you want to buy a copy. Great short subject.

I just looked at the TCM Schedule and it doesn't show it on the 19th or the 24th. Where did you see this?

Here is the TCM schedule:

http://www.tcm.com/schedule/month/

It shows it played tonight at 7:37, it doesn't show again this month according to this schedule. It played this evening right after Remember the Night, not after Christmas In Connecticut. So it only has a connection to that movie if you have the DVD.

Just got home and chanced to see Star in the Night. What a wonderful gift to see it as we prepare for the holiday!
